During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the pleasant environment in which the hotel is located. the staff members were extremely accommodating and friendly, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of. the rooms were well-maintained and clean, providing a comfortable and conducive atmosphere for relaxation. I also enjoyed the beautiful window view, which added to the overall positive experience.
As a vegetarian, I struggled to find suitable food options, as there were limited choices available that catered to my dietary preferences.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The room was nice and clean with a beautiful window view. The hotel has improved its signage, making it easier to find.

This hotel met my luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities such as a Spa & wellness centre and private facilities. the room advantages were impressive with a stunning outdoor dining area and beautiful garden view.
The only negative aspect I experienced was slow service at the bar/lounge area. the delicious food at the restaurant made up for it.
